基于Modbus的GCAN PLC与S7-300通讯系统

使用带有 4G网络模块的GCAN PLC与S7-300 PLC进行通讯,实现往复式压缩机的物联网连接.针对S7-300 PLC的CP340 通讯模块无法实现Modbus通讯的问题,运用TIA Portal和Open PCS软件编程.采用RS-485 根据Modbus RTU的通讯格式,使CP340 通讯模块实现CRC校验,完成了S7-300 PLC和GCAN PLC的Modbus RTU通讯系统.经过通讯测试,系统运行稳定且CRC校验无误,能实时对压缩机仪表数据进行传输.
GCAN PLC Based on Modbus and S7-300 Communication System
A GCAN PLC with a 4G network module is used to communicate with the S7-300 PLC to enable IoT con-nectivity of reciprocating compressors.Aiming at the problem that the CP340 communication module of the S7-300 PLC can not realize Modbus communication,TIA Portal and Open PCS software are used for programming.RS-485 is used ac-cording to the communication format of Modbus RTU,so that the CP340 communication module can achieve CRC verifica-tion,and the Modbus RTU communication system of S7-300 PLC and GCAN PLC is completed.After communication test,the system runs stably and CRC verification is correct,and the compressor instrument data can be transmitted in real time.
