摘要
以某精细化工厂的NMP溶剂生产装置的控制系统平台为工程项目背景,采用中控技术股份有限公司自主研发的OMC系统平台,实现对溶剂生产全流程的自动化控制.介绍了某溶剂生产的产品特性,控制系统的网络配置和功能,以及控制系统的应用效果.重点介绍了OMC系统平台通过自身特点,实现了系统软硬件配置灵活,提高了溶剂产品生产的稳定性,达到了高度自动化运行的效果.
Abstract
The new system called OMC was developed by SUPCON.The system was employed to succeed in realizing the fully automatic process of the NMP plant.The product characteristics of the NMP is introduced,along with the network configuration and functions of the new system,and the application effects of the new system.The key point that the OMC could achieve the flexible software and hardware configuration through its own characteristics is introduced in this paper.It improved the production efficiency.Then it achieved the effect of highly automated operation.
