The MSMA sensor is a sensor that converts a pressure signal into an induced voltage signal.According to the actual structure of the sensor,the complexity of the mathematical model will be further increased,which will increase the diffi-culty of parameter identification.Therefore,a mathematical model combining macroscopic model and microscopic model is established according to the mechanism method,and the unknown parameters of the model are identified by nonlinear weight particle swarm optimization.Finally,the voltage calculated by the mathematical model of the sensor is compared with the in-duced voltage measured by the experiment,and the correctness and accuracy of the mathematical model are verified.
