长期的运行会导致蓄电池老化、蓄电池回路开路,这使得蓄电池在变电站发生故障时,无法及时地提供断路器跳闸电流,因此对于蓄电池的有效性监测显得十分重要.设计蓄电池有效性在线监测装置,利用电阻串联分压原理,通过串联降压硅链来实现蓄电池在线放电测试;使用功率电阻模拟多个断路器跳闸时的大电流冲击场景,完成对蓄电池带负载能力测试,避免了传统的断开充电机和降低充电机电压带来的母线失压、恢复充电电压繁琐问题,提高了安全性;通过测试发现该装置能够检测出异常蓄电池以及蓄电池回路的异常并报警,该装置的采集电压电流值与测量值的误差均≤0.5%.
Design of an Online Monitoring Device for Battery Effectiveness
Long-term operation will lead to the aging of the battery and the opening of the battery circuit,which makes the battery unable to provide the circuit breaker trip current in time when the substation fails,so it is very important to monitor the effectiveness of the battery.An on-line monitoring device for battery effectiveness is designed,and the on-line discharge test of battery is realized by using the principle of series voltage division of resistor and series depressurized sili-con chain.The use of power resistors to simulate the large current shock scenario when multiple circuit breakers are trip-ping,complete the load capacity test of the battery,avoid the traditional disconnecting the charger and reducing the volt-age of the charging machine caused by the bus voltage loss,restore the charging voltage,improve the safety.Through testing,it is found that the device can detect the abnormal battery and the abnormal circuit of the battery and give an alarm.The error between the acquisition voltage and the measured value of the device is less than 0.5%.
