摘要
基于PLC逻辑控制设计了一套微型水质自动监测集成系统.设计了采样预处理系统、配电系统和防雷系统,解决了过滤及清洗不彻底、电力供应不稳定、电气设备过载和监测设备环境温度不稳定等问题.在此基础上,系统采用西门子PLC为控制器,结合了MCGS组态触摸屏为上位机,开发了可视化人机界面,实现了现场设备实时监控、异常报警及数据采集等功能.整个系统高度集成,占地面积小,抗环境干扰能力强,可在水质监测行业广泛应用.
Abstract
A miniature integrated water quality automatic monitoring system based on PLC logic control is designed.The sampling pret-reatment system,power management system and lightning protection system are designed to solve the prob-lems such as incomplete filtration and cleaning,unstable power supply,overload of electrical equipment and unstable ambient temperature of monitoring equipment.Further,the Siemens PLC is used as the controller,combined with the MCGS configura-tion touch screen as the upper computer.The developed visual man-machine interface realized the functions of real-time monitoring,abnormal alarm and data collection.The whole system is highly integrated,and covered only a small area.
