摘要
传统的汽车清洗多以手工清洗为主,清洗效率慢且清洗效果参差不齐,引入PLC技术实现汽车自动清洗无疑能给洗车业带来巨大的产业效益.基于PLC控制技术依据汽车外形特征,设计出一套全自动汽车清洗装置,在较少造价的基础上能提高汽车清洗效率,同时能节约用水,带来高效绿色的洗车体验.
Abstract
Traditional car cleaning is mainly manual,with slow cleaning efficiency and uneven cleaning effects.Introduc-ing PLC technology to achieve automatic car cleaning undoubtedly brings huge industrial benefits to the car washing indus-try.This paper designs a fully automatic car cleaning device based on PLC control technology and the characteristics of the car's appearance,which can improve the efficiency of car cleaning with minimal cost.Colleagues can save a lot of water and bring an efficient and green car washing experience.
