In order to help software project members improve their participate ability in a short period of time,master the skills and methods of software project process,submit standardized project deliverables.This paper takes the entire software lifecycle as the main thread,and combines the project practice process to elaborate on the main activities of each stage of the software project,as well as the ways and methods of producing deliverables during each stage of the project.Help project members quickly enter project roles and clarify the project participation process,improve the work efficiency of project members throughout the software production process,thereby improving the quality of the entire project team's re-sults,reduce software costs and risks,reduce company investment.
