在工业仓储环节,实时准确快速地完成工业料箱的体积测量是非常重要的一步.提出了一种基于深度相机的工业料箱体积测量方法.首先,利用深度相机获取场景的初始点云,对点云预处理后获得料箱点云,提取料箱点云的上表面.随后运用点云空洞填补算法对点云进行空洞填补.由于点云分布不均匀,选择基于八叉树的体素滤波算法对点云进行均匀化处理.接着计算点云质心,对料箱点云进行坐标变换,将质心作为坐标原点,利用特征平面点云坐标求得料箱上表面的长和宽度,高度则由预处理底面和上表面高度作差求得,最终计算求得料箱体积.经现场获取数据,实验结果表明:测量结果的重复性相对误差小于 2%,速度控制在 5s左右,能够满足工厂仓库仓储环节高效、高精度的测量需求.
Volume Measurement Method for Industrial Material Boxes Based on Depth Camera
This paper presents a method of measuring the volume of industrial tank based on depth camera.Firstly,the depth camera is used to obtain the initial point cloud of the scene,and the bin point cloud is obtained after preprocessing the point cloud,and the upper surface of the bin point cloud is extracted.The point cloud void filling algorithm is used to fill the point cloud void.Because the point cloud distribution is not uniform,the voxel filtering algorithm based on octree is selected to homogenize the point cloud.Then,the point cloud centroid is calculated,and the point cloud of the material box is transformed by taking the centroid as the coordinate origin.The length and width of the upper surface of the mate-rial box are obtained by using the point cloud coordinates of the characteristic plane.The height is calculated by the differ-ence between the height of the pretreatment bottom and the upper surface,and the volume of the material box is finally calculated.
