基于MCD的龙门桁架机械手自动入库系统设计

为实现龙门桁架机械手抓取工件完成高效、精准入库的目标,以MCD软件中创建的龙门桁架机械手模型为研究载体,设计了PLC程序、HMI人机界面,同时借助OPC通信服务软件KEPServerEX将HMI的信号映射到MCD模型.指定仓位信号、入库启动信号从HMI下发,最终触发MCD模型中的仿真序列动作,实现模型中龙门桁架机械手抓取工件自动入库到指定仓位.仿真结果也展示了HMI人机界面与MCD模型可视化控制的优点.
Design of Automatic Storage System for Gantry Truss Manipulator Based on MCD
In order to achieve the goal of efficient and accurate storage of workpieces by the gantry truss manipulator,this paper takes the gantry truss manipulator model created in MCD software as the research carrier,designs PLC pro-grams and HMI human-machine interfaces,and uses the OPC communication service software KEPServerEX to map HMI signals to the MCD model.The designated warehouse position signal and the inbound start signal are issued from the HMI,ultimately triggering the simulation sequence action in the MCD model,realizing the automatic warehousing of workpieces by the gantry truss manipulator in the model to the designated warehouse position.
