设计了一种多轴伺服电机控制系统,系统硬件采用三轴伺服电机实现X、Y、Z三轴运动,并利用LabVIEW编写系统软件,以串口通信的方式实现对三轴电机的加速、减速时间、最大速度、脉冲数量、电流等参数的调整,能够对电机的启停、运动状态等实现精确控制.该系统具备多轴控制能力,可同时管理多个伺服电机,系统操作简单且界面友好.
Multi-axis Servo Motor Control System Based on LabVIEW
A multi axis servo motor control system is designed,which uses a three axis servo motor to achieve X,Y,and Z axis motion in hardware.The system software was written using LabVIEW,and the acceleration,deceleration time,maximum speed,pulse number,current and other parameters of the three axis motor were adjusted through serial commu nication.It can achieve precise control of the motor's start stop,motion status,and other parameters.The system has multi-axis control capability and can manage multiple servo motors simultaneously.The system operation is simple and the interface is friendly.
