观音岩水电站主变压器直流偏磁在线监测系统研究及应用

提出一种基于主变中性点电流、变压器温度信息和噪声信号的主变直流偏磁监测系统.主变中性点电流采用柔性光学电流互感器进行采集,解决了传统霍尔元件测量中性点电流精度低、容易受干扰、绝缘差等问题.系统综合利用中性点电流、温度和噪声等多种检测信号,能够实现主变直流偏磁的异常情况检测,同时方便用户大量搜集第一手资料,为深入研究主变直流偏磁抑制奠定基础.该方案具有良好适用性,可推广至存在同类风险的变电站和电厂.
Research and Application of Online Monitoring System for DC Magnet Bias of Main Transformer in Guanyinyan Hydropower Station
This paper proposes a main transformer DC magnet bias monitoring system based on neutral point current,transformer temperature information,and noise signals.The neutral point current of the main transformer is collected using a flexible optical current transformer,which solves the problems of low accuracy,easy interference,and insulation difference in traditional Hall element measurement of neutral point current.The system comprehensively utilizes various detection signals such as neutral point current,temperature,and noise.It can detect abnormal situations of DC magnet bias in the main transformer and facilitate users to collect a large amount of first-hand information,laying a foundation for in-depth research on DC magnet bias suppression in the main transformer.In addition,this scheme has good applicability and can be pro-moted to substations and power plants with similar risks.
