Discussion on Stable Control of Siemens PLC PID Control Loop Switching
This paper mainly discusses the closed-loop control of flow rate and pressure in hydraulic systems,as well as the switching between the two types of control.The control object is the hydraulic servo proportional valve.The process requires first controlling the flow rate and then switching to pressure control.In the later stage of project debugging,the switching time between the two PID circuits needs to be achieved through a control method to achieve stable control of the hydraulic servo proportional valve.
