Distributed Variable Frequency Multi-system Hydraulic Balance Control Strategy
In order to ensure the water supply pressure of the heat exchange station at the far end of the primary pipe network, coordinate the water balance among the heat exchange stations, and effectively save the power energy of water cycle, the thermal power company usually adopts distributed frequency conversion control of the primary pipe network.Due to the increasing size of residential areas and the increasing number of high-rise buildings, some heat exchange stations adopt multi-system heat exchange to reduce costs. The hydraulic balance of multiple systems in the primary network with distributed frequency conversion control has become a control difficulty:the primary side frequency conversion control and the secondary side temperature control regulating valve control are independent of each other, and the variable disturbance caused by each other affects the accurate adjustment of hydraulic balance, resulting in the control shock. In this paper,a hydraulic balance control strategy for distributed variable frequency multi-system is proposed.
