Localization of High Frequency and High Voltage Electron Accelerator Control System
High frequency and high voltage electron accelerator(Abbreviated as"accelerator")irradiates materials with high-energy electron beam,which is used for modification of materials and sterilization of medical and health supplies.In this paper,based on the CGNDT PLC controller,accelerator control system is transformed to the localization,and the local-ization replacement of the control system of the accelerator is completed.The result shows that all functions of the original accelerator control system with Siemens PLC as the core are realized by using CGN PLC controller,and the reliability and stability test are passed.The successful transformation of accelerator control system provides reference and experience for the transformation of other systems.
