Optimization Design of Denitration System of Thermal Power Unit Based on Grey Model and Fuzzy Control
In this paper,two aspects of improving the flow field characteristics of denitration system and optimizing the control of ammonia injection quantity are studied.On the one hand,the precise measurement of ammonia escape is achieved through the high-precision multi-point on-line synchronous measurement scheme of ammonia escape,which im-proves the flow field characteristics of the denitration system.On the other hand,in order to optimize the control of ammo-nia injection,grey prediction model and fuzzy control idea are introduced into the traditional control system.A grey predic-tion model based on GM(1,1)is established to predict the ammonia-nitrogen ratio.A method of ammonia nitrogen regula-tion based on fuzzy PID is proposed to realize dynamic compensation of denitration control system under disturbance.
