为了实现甲醇重整制氢系统的自动化和集中化控制,提高生产效率和安全性,从系统的整体工艺出发,提出了PLC控制技术和MCGS人机界面相结合的控制系统设计方案.利用PLC进行系统控制,通过MCGS触摸屏实现实时监控、报警弹窗和报表输出等可视化功能.实验和生产测试证明:该系统实现了甲醇现场重整制氢的实时监控,控制过程灵活可靠,自动化程度和操作效率高,适用于实验室及移动化设备上的氢气供应.
Design of Methanol On-site Reforming for Hydrogen Production Control System Based on PLC and MCGS
In this paper,in order to automate and centralize the control of the methanol reforming hydrogen production system and to improve the production efficiency and safety.According to the overall process of the system,this paper pro-poses a control system design scheme combining PLC control technology and MCGS human-machine interface.The PLC is used for system control,and visualization functions such as real-time monitoring,alarm pop-ups and report output are real-ized through MCGS touch screen.The experiments and production tests have proved that the system realizes real-time monitoring and control of hydrogen production from on-site reforming of methanol.The system is suitable for the supply of hydrogen in laboratories and mobile plants,and the control process is flexible and reliable,with a high degree of automa-tion and operational efficiency.
