Design and Application of Control Logic for a Certain Type of Gas Turbine Washing Device
Scaling on the blades of a compressor can reduce the air flow rate sucked into the compressor,affect the operational efficiency and pressure ratio of the compressor,and make the normal operational point of the compressor close to the surge boundary line,as a result,the compressor will be in an unstable state,which is easy to cause compressor surging state.The cleaning of the compressor can effectively remove the scale on the blades and restore the performance of the unit.This paper designs a water washing device system for a certain type of gas turbine unit,and according to the water washing process and requirements of the gas turbine control system,design the online and offline water washing processes of the gas turbine water washing device.A set of automatic water washing control logic based on the water washing device system,and through practical application in power plants is designed.Finally,summarize some issues that need to be paid attention to during the water washing process.
