Multi-technology Convergence to Automate Entire Process of Laboratory Testing
This paper introduces based on big data processing,vision technology image segmentation deep learning,collaborative robotics,automation technology to achieve the whole process of automated testing of paint adhesion,to create a human-machine integration scene application.By building a structured,digital platform to mine the high frequency,long manual time-consuming,standardisable testing tasks and carry out automated testing feasibility studies.By building a vision technology platform,collaborative robotics applications and the deep integration of mechanical automation technology,the automatic scribing,automatic adhesion and peeling tape,high-pressure flushing of the automated test,the automatic identi-fication and calculation of the area of the paint coating peeling off,the automatic acquisition of the test parameters,auto-matic evaluation of test results and transmission of test results,and other automation scenarios of the whole process of testing,to create a new multi-technology fusion application platform.
