Design of Industrial Robot Control System Based on Image Recognition
This paper combines artificial intelligence and industrial robots to propose an image recognition-based indus-trial robot writing number system.By recognizing handwritten digital images with TensorFlow,the acquired digital information is transmitted to the industrial robot through Modbus TCP communication,and the industrial robot draws the number after obtaining the digital image.This paper uses the EFORT ER3-600 industrial robot for system testing and verification,and the experimental results meet expectations,providing reference value for the subsequent realization of automatic image trajectory recognition and intelligent robot operation.
