针对无感方波控制时,存在控制精度低,电流采样误差大,低速启动性能较差等问题.设计了一种基于无感FOC的一体式无刷电机控制驱动器的电路系统.系统以TI公司的大电流栅极驱动器DRV8301 为预驱核心,设计了数模耦合电路及高端电流采样电路,实现了控制器和驱动器的高度集成,减少了电流采样误差.经实验测试表明,所设计的电路系统能够实现FOC正弦波的稳定输出,持续输出功率可达上千瓦,实时电流监测误差不超过 1%,具有体积小、高爆发、高精度控制、响应速度快等优点,可广泛用于工业自动化控制等领域.
Circuit System of Integrated Brushless Motor Control Driver Based on Sensorless FOC
For the non-inductive square wave control,there are some problems such as low control accuracy,large current sampling error,and poor low speed start-up performance.An integrated brushless motor control driver circuit sys-tem based on sensorless FOC is designed.The system takes the high-current gate driver DRV8301 of TI company as the pre-drive core,and designs the digital-analog coupling circuit and the high-end current sampling circuit,which realizes the high integration of the controller and the driver,and reduces the current sampling error.The experimental results show that the designed circuit system can realize the stable output of FOC sine wave,the continuous output power can reach up to kilowatts,and the real-time current monitoring error is not more than 1%.It has the advantages of small size,high burst,high precision control and fast response speed,which can be widely used in industrial automation control and other fields.
