数字孪生广泛应用于智能制造、航空航天、智慧医疗等领域.其中,构建可视化模型是数字孪生关键技术之一.以物料分拣装置为对象,通过SolidWorks软件完成虚拟装置的搭建;采用Unity平台进行渲染、行为逻辑模型的建立;基于S7通信协议实现西门子PLC与Unity平台的数据交互,完成可视化模型的构建.最后,以物料分拣装置为控制对象,通过PLC控制,结合可视化模型成功构建了虚实结合的控制系统.实验表明,可视化模型具有与物理实体一致的物理特性和功能,该模型构建方法具有通用性,能够为不同领域和行业提供虚拟模型构建的解决方案.
Digital twins are widely used in smart manufacturing,aerospace,smart healthcare,and other fields.Among them,building visual models is one of the key technologies of digital twins.Taking the material sorting device as the object,the construction of the virtual device is completed through SolidWorks software.The Unity platform is used to establish ren-dering and behavioral logic models.Based on the S7 communication protocol,the data interaction between Siemens PLC and the Unity platform is realized,and the visual model is built.Finally,with the material sorting device as the control ob-ject,the control system combining virtual and real is successfully constructed through PLC control and combined with the visualization model.Experiments show that the visualization model has the same physical properties and functions as the physical entity,and the model construction method is versatile,which can provide virtual model construction solutions.
