基于1200 PLC的航空电动机构加载系统软件设计

为了提高航空电动机构的控制性能和稳定性,保证电动机构运行安全并减少故障率,设计了航空电动机构的数字化加载过程下各项性能指标的检查程序.西门子 1200 PLC控制器将模拟量输出信号送入电平转换模块,转换后的扭矩信号发送到伺服驱动器上驱动伺服电缸,对直线运动的航空电动机构进行动态加载,搭配多种测量仪表监控测量电动机构各项指标,运用模糊PID算法移植进PLC中,完成电动机构承受负荷要求的闭环控制.结果表明研制的航空电动机构加载软件系统工作稳定性可靠,具有控制准确、精度高的优点,能够完成加载过程中电动机构各项指标的检测.
Software Design of Loading System of Aviation Electric Mechanism Based on S7-1200 PLC
In order to improve the control performance and stability of the aviation electric mechanism,to ensure the safety of the electric mechanism operation and reduce the failure rate,this paper designs the digital loading process of the aviation electric mechanism of the performance indicators under the checking procedure,PLC controller will be the analog output signals into the level converter module,the converted torque signals are sent to servo drive drive servo electric cylinders to drive the linear movement of aviation electric Dynamic loading of linear motion aviation electric mechanism,with a variety of measuring instruments to monitor and measure the indicators of the electric mechanism,the use of fuzzy PID algorithm is transplanted into the PLC,to complete the electric mechanism to withstand the load requirements of the closed-loop control.The results show that the developed software system for loading of aviation electric motorized mecha-nism is stable and reliable,has the advantages of accurate control and high precision,and is able to complete the detec-tion of various indexes of electric motorized mechanism in the process of loading.
