海杂波的研究对于海上目标检测具有重要意义,通过对海杂波的统计特性进行分析,能够建立更加准确的模型,以提高目标检测性能;幅度分布是海杂波非常重要的特性,同时,利用实测数据对幅度进行分析是一种更加贴近实际的方法.因此,提出了一种基于广义帕累托和瑞利的联合分布模型,利用单基IPIX实测数据、实测双基海杂波数据以及非线性粒子群优化算法来对各分布模型进行拟合,例如瑞利、对数正态、韦布尔、K、广义帕累托,比较不同海况以及不同极化方式下的拟合优度检验结果,结果表明GP-R模型在单基以及双基海杂波幅度分布拟合方面具有一定的优势.
Sea Clutter Modeling with GP-R Distribution Based on Measured Data
By analyzing the statistical characteristics of sea clutter,a more accurate model can be established to im-prove the performance of target detection.The amplitude distribution is a very important characteristic of sea clutter which is usually represented by probability density function(PDF),and it is a more practical method to analyze the amplitude us-ing measured data.This paper proposes a joint distribution model based on generalized Pareto and Rayleigh,named GP-R distribution model.Measured by IPIX data,measured bistatic sea clutter data and nonlinear particle swarm optimization al-gorithm for the fitting of distribution model,such as RL,lognormal,Weibull,K,generalized Pareto.Finally compare different sea conditions and different polarization mode of the results of goodness-of-fit test,the results show that GP-R model in the aspect of sea clutter amplitude distribution fitting has a certain advantage.
