摘要

在传统的汽车衡自助计量系统的应用中,其系统建设依赖于局域光纤网络建设的需求.为解决在钢铁生产工厂中,局域网络建设与维护成本较高的难题,提出一种基于动态二维码的汽车衡自助计量系统的设计方案,可以实现在不依赖于局域网络的条件下,司机可以通过手机扫描动态生成的二维码完成自助计量.同时,为保证计量数据的准确和有效,系统采用的是经数据加密的动态二维码生成的技术方案,最终实现汽车衡的扫码自助计量,提高计量效率.

Abstract

In the application of traditional truck scale self-service metering system,its system construction depends on the needs of local optical fiber network construction.In order to solve the problem of high cost of local area network con-struction and maintenance in steel production plants,this paper proposes a design scheme of truck scale self-service me-tering system based on dynamic two-dimensional code,which can realize that under the condition of not relying on local area network,drivers can scan the dynamically generated QR code through mobile phones to complete self-service meter-ing.At the same time,in order to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the measurement data,the system adopts the technical scheme of dynamic two-dimensional code generation encrypted by data,and finally realizes the self-service mea-surement of the truck scale by scanning the code and improving the measurement efficiency.
