This paper designs a precision micro-current generator of pA-level,which includes a voltage output circuit,a micro-current generation circuit,and an equipotential circuit.It achieves a stable output ranging from 1pA to 1 μA with an error of less than 5%.The device utilizes MCU to collect feedback through ADC to regulate the precise voltage output of DAC,and then converts the voltage into a constant micro-current through the micro-current generation circuit by V/I con-version.Finally,the equipotential circuit ensures the stability of the output.The power supply of the analog and digital parts is designed to be isolated to avoid crosstalk caused by digital signals.
