摘要
论述了基于PLC的光纤着色机控制系统的改进研究,旨在提高光纤着色成盘速度,并解决高速收放线的张力控制以及收线排线凹凸不平等工艺难点.通过改进工艺算法和程序实现,有效提升了光纤着色机的性能和生产效率,并经过实验证实了改进方案的可行性.
Abstract
This paper discusses the improvement research of the PLC-based control system for a fiber coloring ma-chine,aiming to improve the speed of fiber coloring and solve the difficulties in tension control of high-speed winding and the unevenness of the winding process.By improving the process algorithm and implementing the program,the perfor-mance and production efficiency of the fiber coloring machine are effectively improved,and the feasibility of the improve-ment plan is verified through experiments.
