新型燃气燃烧器的数值模拟研究

采用数值模拟方法对自行设计的可调自吸式烟气再循环燃气燃烧器的燃烧性能进行了研究,探讨了预燃室和引射器喉部结构尺寸参数对燃烧器燃烧特性的影响.结果表明:预燃室尺寸参数对烟气的自循环量影响作用显著,当预燃室过大或者过小时,均不利于烟气自循环;引射器喉部尺寸适当地增大,有利于增加自循环的烟气量;随着自循环烟气量增大,火焰温度峰值位置前移,火焰长度变短.
Numerical Simulation Research of New Type Gas Burner
The numerical simulation method was used to investigate the combustion characteristics of a new type gas burner with adjustable self-sucked flue gas recirculation(FGR),and the influences of the size of premix chamber and ejector throat on combustion characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the premix chamber size had an important influence on flue gas recirculation(FGR).While the premix chamber too big or too small,it was unfavorable for FGR.Larger throat diameter of ejector contributed to more amount of recirculation flue gas.And with increasing the amount of recirculation flue gas,the peak flame temperature position moved forward and the flame length got shortened.
