氧氮化硅加入量对无水炮泥性能的影响

将试验材料刚玉、碳化硅、焦粉、氧化铝、氧氮化硅(Si2N2O)、广西白泥、树脂等按照适当的比例制得无水炮泥,其中抗氧化剂Si2N2O的添加量为0~3%,研究抗氧化剂Si2N2O加入量变化对材料各温度点性能的影响.结果表明:随抗氧化剂Si2N2O添加量变大,材料的马夏值变大,表明材料塑性变差;材料经300 ℃升温后,材料的气孔率下降,致密度变好,强度指标也不断优化;材料继续升温到1 400℃时,材料的气孔率、体积密度及强度指标变化同300℃时变化规律基本一致;对于热态强度,随抗氧化剂Si2N2O添加量变大,材料的高温抗折强度也不断提高,说明抗氧化剂Si2N2O的添加可以改善材料的抗氧化性能,提高坯体致密度.
Effect of Silicon Oxynitride Addition on Properties of Anhydrous Gun Mud
Anhydrous gun mud was prepared from experimental materials such as corundum,silicon car-bide,coke powder,alumina,silicon oxynitride(Si2N2O),Guangxi white mud,resin,etc.in appropriate propor-tions.The addition amount of antioxidant Si2N2O was 0-3%.The effect of the change in the amount of antioxi-dant Si2N2O added on the performance of the material at various temperature points was studied.The results indicate that as the amount of antioxidant Si2N2O added increases,the Mach value of material increases,indi-cating a decrease in plasticity.After heating at 300℃,the porosity of the material decreases,the density im-proves,and the strength indicators continue to be optimized.When the material continues to heat up to 1 400℃,the changes in porosity,bulk density and strength indicators of the material are basically consistent with the changes at 300℃.For the hot strength,as the amount of antioxidant Si2N2O added increases,the high-temperature flexural strength of the material also continuously improves.This indicates that the addition of an-tioxidant Si2N2O can improve the oxidation resistance of material and increase the density of the green body.
