Analysis on Performance Optimization for Biomass Water-Cooled Vibrating Grate Boilers
The water-cooled vibrating grate is a boiler very suitable for biomass fuel combustion, with the advantages of simple structure and high thermal efficiency. The problems caused by the instability of biomass fuel and the properties of straw itself in practical applications of water-cooled vibrating grate are analyzed, which include unstable combustion, uneven furnace temperature, insufficient combustion of straw in the furnace, and high carbon content of slag.It is pointed out that during daily operation and maintenance,it is necessary to optimize combustion regulation technology to improve the thermal efficiency and operational stability of the grate,as well as to reduce the carbon content and the emission of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides in the slag.
