摘要

围绕回转窑提锌生产线的窑温控制进行了研究,系统梳理了回转窑处置含锌尘泥工艺过程中的反应机理、反应温度、结圈温度及窑温等影响因素;借鉴水泥、石灰、球团等的回转窑生产线所采用的窑温检测及控制方法,结合钢铁企业采用新型回转窑工艺处理含锌尘泥的生产实践情况,提出回转窑提锌生产线可精准控制窑温的智慧烧窑理念,以期为钢铁行业的绿色低碳发展奠定基础.

Abstract

The kiln temperature control of zinc extraction production line with rotary kiln is studied.The influence factors including reaction mechanism,reaction temperature,agglomeration temperature and kiln temperature in the treatment process of zinc containing dust and mud with rotary kiln are systematically sorted out.Drawing on the detection and control methods of kiln temperature used in rotary kiln production lines for cement,lime and pellets,etc.,combined with the production practice of steel enterprises using a new rotary kiln process to treat zinc containing dust and mud,the smart kiln concept is proposed that can accurately control the kiln temperature in zinc extraction production line with rotary kiln,in order to lay the foundation for the green and low-carbon development of the steel industry.
