Analysis and Improvement Measures of Water Leakage in Bottom Water Pipe of Heating Furnace
The causes of water leakage in the bottom water pipe of the heating furnace are systemati-cally analyzed,the strength of bottom water pipe is checked,the reliability of the water circulation in the vaporization cooling system is verified,and the quality of water pipe is analyzed.On the basis of systematic analysis,the multiple improvement measures are proposed and implemented,which include increasing the strength of the longitudinal water pipe at the bottom of the furnace,replacing the bending pipe of the longi-tudinal water pipe at the furnace head,optimizing the arrangement of heat-resistant sliders and improving installation accuracy,strengthening the insulation and wrapping maintenance of the bottom water pipe in furnace,etc.The problem of water leakage in the bottom water pipe of furnace is completely solved.
