瓦斯气锅炉增效降氮的应用研究

为高效应用油页岩炼油的副产品瓦斯气,从热平衡角度对某瓦斯气供暖锅炉的运行状况进行评估,由计算结果可知该锅炉存在燃烧温度低、不完全燃烧热损失大、排烟温度高、氮氧化物排放超标等问题.为解决上述问题,采用数值仿真方法对多种燃烧器布置方案进行了研究.结果表明:增加燃烧器台数,燃烧器喷嘴垂直中心线布置,均会使炉膛内的温度分布均匀性增强,炉膛出口处的NO排放值降低.综合考虑,选定燃烧器喷嘴与燃料器中心成90°倾角布置作为优化方案.
Application Research on Increasing Efficiency and Reducing Nitrogen in Gas Boiler
In order to efficiently apply the by-product gas of oil shale refining,the operation status of a certain gas heating boiler was evaluated from the perspective of thermal balance.The calculation results showed that the boiler had problems such as low combustion temperature,incomplete combustion with high heat loss,high exhaust gas temperature,and excessive nitrogen oxide emissions.To address the above issues,a numerical simulation method was used to study various layout schemes of burner.The results show that increasing the number of burners and arranging the burner nozzles on the vertical centerline will enhance the uniformity of temperature distribution in the furnace,and the NO emission value at the furnace outlet will decrease.After comprehensive consideration,the gas nozzle and burner centerline are arranged at a 90° angle as the optimization plan.
