三室RTO需要在短时间内改变气体流动方向,来达到循环加热和冷却蓄热体的目的,而切换阀的控制直接影响着系统的热效率和处理能力.根据阀门切换时间的不同以及反吹阀跟随开启的时间,试验得出RTO系统在不同的阀门切换时间作用下的响应状态.通过对比试验数据,得出了双电加热三室RTO的最佳阀门控制逻辑.
Comparison of Valve Control Schemes for Three-Room RTO with Dual-Electric Heating
The three-room RTO needs to change the direction of gas flow in a short period of time to achieve the purpose of circulating heating and cooling the heat storage body.The control of the switching valve directly affects the thermal efficiency and processing capacity of the system.Depending on the different switching time of valve and the opening time of anti-blow valve,the response status of the RTO system at different valve switching time was obtained through experiments.Through comparing the test data,the optimal valve control logic of the three-room RTO with dual-electric heating was obtained.
