An Automatic Temperature Control System for Heating Furnaces
Aiming at the demand for automatic temperature control of heating furnaces,a set of control system was developed based on S7-1500 series programmable controllers and WINCC human-computer interaction software.The formula management technology with multiple temperature range parameters,feedforward-feedback intelligent control technology,and double cross cascade PID control technology were used to realize automatic temperature rise and fall of heating furnace.After the system was put into use,it ran stably and reliably.
