针对传统箱式炉控制系统的软硬件落后、功能单一、自动化程度低、无法满足烧结工艺要求等缺陷,设计了一套烧结箱式炉的控制系统.选用S7-200SMART作为可编程控制器,MCGS触摸屏作为上位机.并结合现场实际生产运行情况,验证了此箱式炉控制系统的可行性.
Design of Control System for Sintering Box Furnace Based on MCGS and PLC
A control system for sintering box furnaces is designed to address the shortcomings of traditional control systems of box furnace such as outdated software and hardware,single functionality,low automation level,and inability to meet the requirements of sintering process.The S7-200 SMART is selected as the programmable controller and the MCGS touch screen is used as the host computer.Combined with the actual production and operation situation on site,the feasibility of the box furnace control system is verified.
