Abstract
The structural characteristics of each part of the rotary bottom furnace designed and manufactured by LOI Tianjin Company are introduced,including the steel structure of the furnace bottom,refractory materials at the furnace bottom,side opening loading and discharging furnace door,support roller,centering roller,loading and discharging machine,and automatic control system.The role and design points of water-cooled partition walls are discussed,and the differences in the application of rotary bottom furnaces in steel heating and heat treatment are briefly described.
