摘要

介绍了石墨毡制备工艺及石墨毡连续式烧结炉的总体结构.针对石墨毡自身特性及工艺生产流程,研制了可以同时完成3卷毡石墨化处理的生产线,设计垂度监测及张紧机构和PID自动化闭环控温系统.研究烧结过程中产生的焦油、灰粉等杂质对产品和设备的影响,设计了清理结构,可以延长设备使用寿命,提高产品质量和生产效率.

Abstract

The preparation process of graphite felt and the overall structure of graphite felt continuous sintering furnace are introduced.A production line capable of simultaneously completing the graphitization treatment of three rolls of graphite felt has been developed based on its own characteristics and production process.A sag monitoring and tensioning mechanism,as well as a PID automated closed-loop temperature control system,have been designed.The impact of impurities such as tar and ash generated during the sintering process on products and equipment is researched,and the cleaning structures are designed.It can extend the service life of equipment and improve product quality and production efficiency.
