摘要
针对室式管坯加热炉操作空间狭小、不方便使用机械动力式装取料机进行管坯料的入炉和出炉的问题,根据现场工况成功研制出一种人工操作双作用翻转进出料机构,该机构设计合理实用,构思巧妙新颖,使用简单方便.
Abstract
In response of the problem of limited operating space of chamber type tube billet heating furnace and inconvenient use of mechanical powered loading and unloading machine for the feeding and discharging of tube billets,a manually operated double action overturning feeding and discharging mechanism has been successfully developed based on the on-site working conditions.The design of the mechanism is reasonable and practical,the idea is ingenious and novel,and the use is simple and convenient.
