摘要
用于炼钢厂电炉沉降室的耐火材料若在使用过程中出现裂纹、剥落和坍塌,会影响正常生产,存在着较大的安全隐患.通过现场对破损原因进行分析和确认,制定了解决措施,主要包括对耐火材料的材质、烘烤方式进行改进,并对施工方案进行优化.改进后耐火材料的整体使用寿命可以由目前的1年提高至5年,成本可节约80万元左右.
Abstract
If the refractory material used in the settling chamber of a steel plant cracks,peels off,and collapses during use,it will affect normal production and also pose significant safety hazards.Through on-site analysis and confirmation of the causes of damage,solutions have been developed,which mainly in-clude improving the refractory material and baking method,and optimizing the construction plan.The over-all service life of the improved refractory material can be increased from the current 1 year to 5 years,and the cost can be saved by about 800 000 yuan.
