摘要
为充分了解四川省工业锅炉的现状,对四川省在用锅炉数量变化和近5年来锅炉的能效测试情况进行分析、归纳和总结.结合四川省出台的在用锅炉节能减排和碳排放的相关政策文件,提出了在用锅炉节能减排的新方向和新途径,为使用单位改进锅炉燃烧水平提供参考,也为监管部门及时掌握辖区内在用锅炉的实际情况和出台节能减排发展策略提供依据.
Abstract
To fully understand the current situation of industrial boilers in Sichuan Province,the changes in the number of boilers in use in Sichuan Province and the energy efficiency testing of boilers in the past 5 years are analyzed and summarized.Based on the relevant policy documents on energy conserva-tion,emission reduction,and carbon emissions of boilers in use in Sichuan Province,new directions and ap-proaches for energy conservation and emission reduction of boilers in use are proposed.It provides a refer-ence for users to improve the combustion levels of boiler,and also provides a basis for regulatory authorities to timely grasp the actual situation of boilers used within their jurisdiction and formulate the development strategies of energy-saving and emission reduction.
