摘要
介绍了双蓄热式加热炉利用新型吹扫式换向阀进行气体切换作业的工艺.该工艺能把三通换向阀和蓄热箱之间的公共管道内的残余煤气吹入加热炉内燃烧,一方面可以避免公共管道内的煤气直接排入大气所造成的能源浪费和环境污染,另一方面可以防止残余煤气在蓄热箱内产生二次燃烧,烧坏蓄热体,增加NO,的排放.
Abstract
The process of using new purging type reversing valve for gas switching operation in dual-regenerative heating furnace is introduced,which can blow the residual gas in the public pipeline between the three-way reversing valve and the regenerative tank into the heating furnace for combustion.On the one hand,it can avoid energy waste and environmental pollution caused by the direct discharge of gas in public pipelines into the atmosphere;on the other hand,it can prevent the secondary combustion of residual gas in the heat storage box from causing damage to the thermal mass and increasing NOx emissions.
