Optimization on Premixing Performance of Flue Gas External Circulation and Hot Air
Aiming at the problem of uneven mixing of recycled flue gas and hot air,Fluent software is used to study the premixing of flue gas and air.A built-in fin type static mixer is used to divide and redi-rect the fluid multiple times to form vortices, thus achieving the goal of uniform mixing, thereby indirectly reducing the generation of NOx.On the basis, the influences of four factors such as wing angle, wing spac-ing,number of wing rows, and wing type on the mixing effect are analyzed. The results show that the opti-mal parameters for the built-in wing are an wing angle of 45°,an adjacent wing spacing of 400 mm,5 rows of wing rows, and a large wing type.
