摘要

对于配有两组电加热的三室RTO,加热炉膛有多种不同的控制方案.和单组热源的炉膛不同,两组热源的炉膛存在针对不同传感器的不同温度控制方案.根据电加热器的布置和不同温度传感器的位置,通过试验得出了4种不同控制方案下炉膛温度的变化曲线,对比试验数据后得到了不同要求下最优的温度控制方案.

Abstract

For a three chamber RTO equipped with two sets of electric heating,there are various con-trol schemes for the heating furnace.Different from the furnace with a single group of heat sources,the fur-nace with two groups of heat sources has different temperature control schemes for different sensors.Based on the arrangement of the electric heater and the position of different temperature sensors,the variation curves of furnace temperature under four different control schemes were obtained through experiments.At the same time,by comparing experimental data,the optimal temperature control scheme under different re-quirements can be obtained.
