摘要
分析了影响钢板温度均匀性的主要因素,基于脉冲炉的热工特性,对钢板表面温度进行控制,总结出最佳的热工参数,比如上下表、头尾温差控制参数等.对不同的温度设定策略进行了描述和分析,找出了最佳的炉温设定方法以实现更好的自动控制功能.
Abstract
The main factors affecting the temperature uniformity of steel plates were analyzed.Based on thermal-engineering characteristics of pulse furnace,the surface temperature of the steel plate was controlled and the optimal thermal parameters were summarized,for example,control parameters such as temperature difference between upper and lower surface,head and tail,etc.Moreover,the different temperature setting strategy were described and analyzed,the optimal temperature setting method were found out to implement better automatic control functions.
