摘要

介绍了气化炉的结构、各部位所用耐火材料的要求及现状、使用寿命和损毁机制.由于含铬耐火材料在制备及使用过程中可能会形成有毒六价铬,且烧结和加工成本高,故一些企业开始研究替代高铬砖的产品,其中SiC-CA6复合耐火材料有可能成为更优良的气化炉内衬耐火材料.

Abstract

The structure of the gasifier,the requirements and current situation,service life,and damage mechanism of refractory materials used in various parts are introduced.Due to the potential formation of toxic hexavalent chromium during the preparation and use of chromium containing refractory materials,as well as high costs of sintering and processing,some enterprises have begun to research products that can replace high chromium bricks.Among them,SiC-CA6 composite refractory material may become a better refractory material for gasifier lining.
