Analysis of Protective Gas Humidification Technology in Silicon Steel Continuous Annealing Furnace
In both non-oriented and oriented silicon steel continuous annealing furnaces,to avoid the occurrence of magnetic aging,decarburization of strip steel is required,and the performance of humidification system plays a crucial role in the efficiency of decarburization process.Three humidification methods are summarized and compared.The results show that the packing box falling film humidification process is more suitable for the humidification needs of silicon steel continuous annealing furnaces.The principle of falling film humidification process is emphasized,and the calculation formulas for hot water spray rate and water vapor evaporation rate are organized.By analyzing formulas and combining with on-site practice,the main factors affecting the dew point of the humidification system are analyzed.It provides a basis for precise control of the dew point of the furnace atmosphere in the future.
