Discussion on Design of Bricks for Coal Water Slurry Gasifier
As a key technology equipment for clean utilization of coal,the coal water slurry gasifier needs to withstand high temperature and high pressure for a long time.Therefore,the structural requirements for the furnace lining are extremely strict,and it is necessary to strictly follow the design shape for brick layout and segmentation.The gaps generated by the brick division not only need to consider staggered masonry,but also need to meet the requirements of thermal expansion to ensure the safety of equipment operation in high temperature and high pressure environments.Based on this,the lining structure and the design methods for brick types in various parts of the coal water slurry gasifier are introduced,so that relevant personnel can better understand the lining structure and brick design of the coal water slurry gasifier.
