摘要
针对钢铁行业中因加热炉设备的不稳定性、不确定性与滞后性所导致的生产质量与燃耗问题,采用无线数据监控、激光检测等手段实时查看加热炉生产中的重要参数,如单个脉冲烧嘴流量、蓄热温度、炉内气氛等.实践结果表明:这些检测手段的运用大大提高了板坯加热生产质量,同时也降低了加热炉燃耗.
Abstract
In response to the production quality and fuel consumption issues caused by the instability,uncertainty,and lag of heating furnace equipment in the steel industry,the wireless data monitoring,laser detection and other methods were used to real-time view important parameters in heating furnace produc-tion,such as flow rate of single pulse burner,heat storage temperature,furnace atmosphere,etc.The practi-cal results indicate that the application of these detection methods greatly improves the quality of slab heat-ing production and also reduces the fuel consumption of the heating furnace.
