垃圾焚烧炉热力计算拓扑模型优化

针对垃圾焚烧炉内传热复杂的现象,提出多区域热力计算拓扑模型,并在某850 t/h垃圾发电厂进行热力计算验证.结果表明:拓扑模型计算得到的烟温误差均小于5℃,小于传统的古尔维奇零维模型和三分区模型;热值和热负荷的增大,会提升烟气温度,但在高温过热器入口处烟气温度依然在580℃以下,在设计烟温范围内;分区模型的建立能够进一步优化锅炉内温度场的误差精度,可为垃圾焚烧炉的设计及参数优化提供理论基础.
Optimization of Thermal Calculation Topology Model for Garbage Incinerator
A multi region thermal calculation topology model is proposed to address the complex heat transfer phenomenon in garbage incinerators,and thermal calculation verification is carried out in an 850 t/h garbage power plant.The results show that the smoke temperature error calculated by the topology model is less than 5℃,which is smaller than the ones obtained by the traditional Gurvich zero dimensional model and three zone model;an increase in calorific value and heat load will increase the flue gas temperature,but the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the high-temperature superheater remains below 580℃,within the design range of flue gas temperature;the establishment of partition model can further optimize the accuracy error of temperature field inside the boiler,and provide a theoretical basis for the design and parameter optimization of garbage incinerators.
