介绍了一种常规轧钢加热炉节能系统.该加热炉炉体采取保温效果更好的复合炉衬结构,通过增加保温层厚度,减薄工作衬厚度,同时炉顶采取可塑料进行捣打,减少炉体的热量损失.加热炉选用了加强型的空气换热器,将空气预热温度由原来的450℃提升至550℃,充分吸收烟气中的余热,降低煤气消耗.使用间拔燃烧控制阀,实现烧嘴单个启停自动控制,便于加热炉升温和降温时灵活及时打开或关闭烧嘴,结合脉冲燃烧控温技术在保证火焰刚度的情况下降低煤气消耗.并在炉内设置三段封闭式挡火墙,使热气流在加热炉下部挡墙处形成涡流,从而形成二次对流对钢坯进行加热,很大程度上减少了热量的直接流失.
Energy Saving System for Conventional Steel Rolling Heating Furnace
An energy-saving system for conventional steel rolling heating furnace is introduced.The heating furnace adopts a composite lining structure with better insulation effect,which increases the thickness of the insulation layer,reduces the thickness of the working lining,and use plastic to compact the furnace top,reducing heat loss of the furnace body.The heating furnace adopts a reinforced air heat exchanger,which increases the air preheating temperature from the original 450℃to 550℃,fully absorbs the waste heat in the flue gas,and reduces gas consumption.By using intermittent combustion control valves,automatic control of individual start stop of the burner is achieved,which facilitates flexible and timely operation or closure of the burner during heating and cooling of the heating furnace.Combined with pulse combustion temperature control technology,gas consumption is reduced while ensuring flame stiffness.And three closed fire walls are installed inside the furnace to form eddy currents at the lower wall of the heating furnace,thereby forming secondary convection to heat the steel billet,greatly reducing the direct loss of heat.
